Its a box!
So the child has taken to sleeping in a box. Yes a box. Its a large lettuce box that I got from work when we moved and the child has propped it up on one end drapped pillow cases over it and insists on sleeping in it. muh *shrugs* at least the child is sleeping I guess. Those of you that have been around for a while will know the struggle I have with getting the child to sleep. I found most of you from late night surfing the web desperatly trying to stay awake waiting for the child to go to sleep.
Now it seems all I needed was a box. An ordinary box.
Who knew!

Well hello mr toilet bowl!
Yep the chef has been sick! I've just spent 24 hour getting intimate with the toilet bowl both at home and at work! Yes I went to work. There's no-one to cover my shift so in I went even though I'm sure I spent more time in the bahroom than doing any work. This morning I'm feeling quite refreshed though so we'll see how we go from here.
I'm hoping it was a lack of sleep combined with this stupid strep throat I got again. Oh well at least I'mm feeling btter today. MAybe I can get some stuff done.
As for american Idol how dare they boot my Matt. I was really hoping he'd go far well that and the fact I think he's kinda hot! I was disappointed camille didn't get booted. Its the revenge of carmen : this time its personal. So if caaa-aaaamile sings like the incredible exploding sheep again next week can we all plaese boot her! We need to put the poor girl out of her misery. She looks terrified everytime she gets on stage. Lets send her back to normalville so she can stack shelves in peace.

Do you believe?
I know there are a lot of different views about God, Allah, the big guy, a higher power, whatever you choose to call Him but when you believe so strongly about something sometimes it just blows you away.
Any of you that are reading this blog know that earlier in the week I was having a cash flow crisis. I wasn't too worried because I knew that I was getting paid this week and it was child tax benefit time. i had faith that I wouln't have to worry about money and things would be just fine.
My car payment should have NSF'd. I wasn't too worried and knew that it wouldn't be a huge problem and kinda hoped the bank would cover me even though I don't have an overdraft. Guess what they did! I checked my account tonight and I have a deposit froma mystery place right now for a large sum. Enough for me to not have to worry about bills for a while but then I knew the money would appear for me. By some standards its not a huge amount but to me it is and its exactly what I needed. Sometimes he's just too good.
I realise that got a bit deep maybe for some of you but I'm just blown away by how it sometimes just all works out.

TGI-What?
Woah it's friday already where did this week go to? I've spent most of it sitting on my butt on this computer. I've been doing a lot of work on here lately setting up some stuff and getting ready to move on with the next phase in my life. First on my list to buy when I have extra cash: a new chair!! I'm using one of my kitchen chairs that is solid wood and a little hard on the cheeks if you catch my meaning.
This week I received an email involving a small plane with a message about a certain males ahem* size. of course I forwarded this email. It was quite funny. Two days later I received an email from a friend in NZ saying that it happened at a beach party that a friend of theirs was at and had told them about!!! Talk about a small world!
Its getting so windy here but hopefully it will die down a bit later. It was a beautiful day here yesterday. I can do without the surprise it snowed overnight days though. Especially when I'm running late for work and gotta clean of my car. I really need to give my baby a wash too. It's now brown instead of it's real colour!
Well thats about it for this morning.

What a crappy day
well today was a crappy day starting with not sleeping well. Got up very tired. Made the childs lunch and somehow set off the fire dectector. There was no fire but to shut it off I ended up ripping it off the wall! Yay my landlord will be pleased with that!
Dropped the child off at school and got to work late and just wiped.really didn't feel like working today but had to.
pissed off my boss first with meatloaf that had to be thrown out and then I covered myself in BBQ sauce Yay. It would seem that you have to put the nozzle on the bag BEFORE you put it in the wall holder NOT after!!
It's quite the perfume let me tell you!
Well tonight I am offically out of food. We had scrambled eggs for supper because thats all that was left to make a meal. I'm also eating goldfish crackers and cream cheese. I'm even out of bread. Thank goodness its payday tomorrow although I won't have much money left by thursday at least I'll have food in the house.
My friends at work surprised me with flowers this afternoon because I was having such a bad day. you gotta love friends like that. They're wonderful.

ITS MONDAY
yeah for some reason I only seem to blog on a monday. Not sure why. Maybe it's something to do with being too tired to even think some nights. well the crunch it coming pretty quick here. The money is getting tight for now but by the end of the week I should be okay.
I've been working lots and sleeping lots and not much in between.

Yes it's monday again!
Yes its monday again and I realise that it's been a week since I posted. Truth is there is a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes right now that I can't/won't put on this blog.
We still have two fish which is a bonus and hopefully they will survive for quite a while now. The child has stopped putting her hand in the tank so that is helping a lot.
I've been working hard this past week and on saturday pulled a 12 hour shift with no break. Can you say ouch! Yeah I was hurting quite a bit after that. Then it was back to work 12 hours later for a 9 hour shift. Today I have a day off and if I don't have to go in I'm going nowhere near that place.
On Thursday I went on a rampagge (of the cleaning kind) in my house and cleaned the entire thing top to bottom and even tackled the childs room. I even did all the laundry. I'm not sure what got into me that day. I really should do that again today though!
Well thats about it from me. I'm leading a pretty boring life these days.

Aahhh A Day Off!
Well today was my day off from work. The child stayed over at daddys last night so I stayed in bed this morning just because I could. I was awake I just laid there enjoying the fact I didn't HAVE to get out of bed.
*Beloved* phoned to say he had forgotten to pack the child a lunch for school so I had to run her a lunch to the school before some of my other errands.
Sad news. We lost pinky. He passed away in the night and the child was quite devastated until we went to the pet store and exchanged it for a new pinky and we also got whitey. We came home and cleaned out the tank and as we were putting it back together I killed Nemo and Marlin so back to the store we went. So now we have Nemo, Marlin, pinky and whitey and they all seem to be doing well so far. Hopefully there will be no more killing of fish! We also got some more colourful gravel so it looks quite pretty in there. If I had got custody of the web cam I could post a picture but for now you'll have to imagine!
I'm bac to work tomorrow and it should be an interesting day. It always is in montanaville! We run on our own time schedule there. Our clocks are always 15 minutes fast and everyone that works there is a little of the wall and quirky! If you're not and manage to get hired you don't stay long.
Well it's off to bed with me
